The hotel is clean, it is surrounded by different restaurants with various options. It is better if you arrive and pay in the reception because they do not have online booking, and if you try to book by calling on the phone the service is awful, the person who answers the phone is very rude.

Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel but in it's price range it gets 5 stars! Clean, friendly and I thought the bed I got was perfect! semi hard, slept great. Air conditioner worked great, the shower room is huge with a sauna in it! Only complaint I can come up with is no ESPN on channels! come on, ESPN? And for fellow people from the States, don't complain that they don't speak English, your in Mexico, so it makes us all look rather foolish.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Villas Panama. The front desk was patient with me even though we did not speak the same language. My reservation included a breakfast. Breakfast options included one of six Mexican breakfasts, coffee, and juice. Breakfast wasn't terribly filling, but it was very pleasant. The room we had (with the jacuzzi) was HUGE. We stayed in this hotel for a week. It is a bit of a walk (about 10 minutes?) to the subway. Coming in late at night, we were always greeted by a security guard. In the morning, we were greeting by people cleaning. Very clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The best service, people are very very helpful and friendly. The location isnt the best in the city but with 1 bus you can go to most of the city attractions. The breakfest is pretty good. The wireless signal is good but the internet get down sometimes. Everything in the hotel looks really new and clean. The frigobar is kind noise and the ar conditioner in my room wasnt working but as the weather was fine i even complained.

Excellent hotel! The best hotel I have ever been in my life! Excellent relation between quality and price! Good value for you money.

Nice and clean rooms with the right size, it will great to have a coffee machine un the room, the restaurant its very small

Finalmente 20 minutes from downtow, Nice big rooms, every thing you need if forgot something at home, a great option, Nice room service
