Taste-wise the food was quite ok, nothing really stood out though. No complaints on service either. Biggest issue perhaps was the portion sizes in the tasting menu, unfortunately they were way too generous and it was a struggle to keep eating the later dishes.

Some of my friends recommend this place to me. I tried before, but the wait time was more than 30 minutes.

Finally, I could go on a Sunday, but I don't enjoy the experience. The restaurant was ugly, and there were many waiters, but they weren't efficient. We should repeat the same to some of them.

The portions are tiny, making me feel that prices are overpriced. I live in the USA, and fees in this restaurant are higher than there.

Nicos is always amazing. One of the most famous places in Mexico City (and without the bougie-snobish atmosphere of all the other top places in CDMX). We came, of course, for the famous chile en nogada (and had to book our table weeks in advance). I had even tried to call to change my reservation and received no answer (either by phone, WA or Instagram), but the hostess was kind enough to let us have an additional person.
We got a complementary mini tostada with cream and pepper (rajas con crema). I had the tortilla soup (pretty but nothing spectacular), some bone marrow (tuétano) sopes and the chiles. We also had ate and cheese for dessert (which is the only plate I would’ve spared). Prices are decent, service is good.

I ate here with my friends and everything was very delicious, particularly the calamari dish I had. the pork belly taco was good but not amazing. I also tried this chicken dish stuffed with mushrooms and served with vegetables. The chicken was very well cooked and has great crispy skin. The portion was also quite large and I’d recommend it for two people. My friend is vegetarian and enjoyed her squash entree. Lastly for dessert, we got the arroz con leche and some cafecitos. The dessert was very balanced and not too sweet. Overall, it was worth the trip there and I would go again

This is one of my favorite restaurant in Mexico City, it has everything to have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. I tried this time the tuétano. It was delicious tasty and delicious, then I eat the sopa de fideos secos and was great. Please make your self a favor and come here have a great time, enjoy tue company and the food! Not coming here one you next visit to Mexico City will be a very bad mistake. Just take in consideration the time for the breast and lunch

Simple, classical Mexican breakfast done well. I especially enjoyed the huevos rancheros, though as an American it was the simplest I've ever eaten with just three ingredients: tortilla, eggs, salsa. Guava pastry, green juice blend and drinking chocolate rounded out a lovely breakfast.

5 stars all the way! Every dish is by far creative and exceptional. Despite we spoke very broken spanish, our waitress was amazing. Every dish that she recommended exceeded our expectations. If I were to return to CDMX and can only have one meal, THIS is the place to be. Yes. I will take this over Pujol for sure. I know it is not the same line of restaurant but I promise you the food is much better here! And it was well worth an Uber ride away from Polanco. We met Chef Gerardo Vázquez Lugo on our way out and he was super nice also!
