This is a cheap hotel for prostitutes mainly. Literally their main customers are the prostitutes from the street next to it. There is a nice and better hotel one street north of it.

Hooker hotel. Pick up your hooker and pay the hotel and Bing bang boom. Don't go there if you aren't with a hooker.
