The receptionist for checkout was rude, the room is clean but when I arrived to the room door was opened, makes me distrust the cleaning. You cannot bring food into the room, only water or a snack. They have a fan but no AC, for cool months its perfect but I don't know how I would feel for summer. The noise level on the street is loud, otherwise the style and decoration are cool with superheroes etc.

The hotel decor was trendy and modern and eclectic, which I liked. Great location not far from the city center, and loved that I had free parking. The rooms were clean and neat although the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the rooms are not very soundproof. I had a hard time staying in the hotel during the day because three rooms on my floor were being renovated. The waiters were incredibly nice. Didn't like that they didn't allow outside food or drink since I have a specific diet due to medical conditions.

Good service and very clean. Gym access 24 hours was nice as well. Breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly. Six flags tickets at the hotel were $200 pesos/$10 dollars cheaper than at the gate. Internet was a bit too slow to do online conferencing but sufficient for most other things. Location was very good as it was close to downtown Mexico City. Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff and very helpful, the elevator it's old, and very small. Shower took to long to water become hot, the first night our room wasn't clean so they gave us another room. Close to Reforma Avenue so you can enjoy the Zona Rosa by a 15 minutes walk. Love the decoration.

Cons: I was in the 10 floor and still noise from the road the entire night.
Very very cold during the night and no heater, they provide a thin blanket after requested they provide additional one, still couldn't sleep due to the cold(usually its the opposite for me)
Only one person in the staff understand English.
Breakfast -was slow to arrive and was simple eggs(can choose pancakes instead), fruit and coffee (no milk)
Pros:The hotel designed beautifully and new rooms looks great.
Good water stream and hot water.
Close to 7/11 and during the day local market.

It is a place with a very nice concept, clean rooms, comfortable beds, attentive and friendly staff and free breakfast in a comfortable restaurant, and the location is right front of my work. Congratulations, keep it up! the only bad thing is that there are too many who -res inside and outside the hotel, if they solve it, it would undoubtedly give 5 stars -_-_-_- Thanks for reply, but you're wrong, when I went there are at least two inside the hotel, one behind the counter and the one I was carrying. please pay attention this
