Staff very professional and courteous. The room was more than what my family I expected. We had a connecting flight with a long layover so we were only there for about 6hrs. It is conveniently close to the airport. As soon as we arrived to the airport we called for the hotel transportation and they were there within 15 mins. I would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Hotel, when you come from the airport and want to stay only 1 night in CDMX. The price for the night includes a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well, if necessary, back to the airport. This is important, to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers at the airport, concerning the price for a trip to hotels, which might not be easy for foreigners. The rooms are spacious and clean. The neighborhood of the hotel does not look very safe. At least at night, I would not walk in this neighborhood, say for buying groceries. The price was decent.

Great place to stay when you have a layover!! Restaurant downstairs has good food.
Family of 5 grown adults slept comfortably and we were all shuttled to airport early in the am.
Very clean!!!

Hotel Riazor is very clean and spacious, and the front desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Our beautiful suite provided a 6th floor view of Mexico City, low-flying airplanes, and the traffic below. The restaurant provided an intimate atmosphere to enjoy great good and drinks. There is also a nice pool and hot tub area with key acces. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, and you just need to call them upon arrival. We flew in on Delta and waited in front of their office inside Terminal 2 near Door 4. Some have complained about the neighborhood, but the best sightseeing and shopping is in the Central District and a quick 15-minute Uber ride away. We had an excellent experience and look forward to returning in the near future.

The location is ok, not the greatest but the hotel is very clean, comfortable, pool,gym, restaurant and 24 hour room service but the best of all is the staff! great attention to detail very attentive personnel great service overall

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and all staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and you can ask for anything that's not in the buffet. They offered to make omelets, pancakes, etc. They really go above and beyond for their customers. The free airport shuttle and heated roof top pool was wonderful. Side note traveling in Mexico, don't use taxis. Only use Uber. It's much cheaper and safer.

The disgusting smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hallway as soon as we stepped off the elevator on our NON-SMOKING FLOOR! My room also stunk of smoke and windows overlooked the noisy street. This place is a joke, no enforcement of rules, front desk doesn't care at all. The only good thing is the free airport shuttle, which was waiting for us when we arrived at Terminal 2. Driver was very nice and spoke perfect English, and the bellhop was also very kind in helping us change rooms with all our luggage. Service in the restaurant was confusing, as we arrived shortly before they closed at 10pm. Very disappointing stay!
