Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport, an IHG Hotel

This remains one of my favorite Holiday Inn hotels. I would actually say it is more at the Crown Plaza level than Holiday Inn. Great breakfast spread, clean and well appointed rooms, powerful and quiet air conditioning, rain and hand nozzle showers, good soundproofing of the rooms, excellent electric blackout blinds, etc.

Positive: It was soooo clean and roomy and quiet. Wonderful shuttle service to the airport. Negative: The buffet breakfast was a little expensive but otherwise it was perfect.

Positive: This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn Express in which I¿ve ever stayed. Huge and luxurious room at insanely affordable price. Shuttle was as advertised with very friendly staff. Great buffet.

Positive: Excellent location staffs are world class. Buffets we¿re Vegas quality. Tasty and well prepared and priced.

Positive: The hotel was clean and modern. Excellent room service! Negative: The front desk staff were a bit abrupt (surprisingly), albeit the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive, as has been my experience in Mexico City. I had a long wait time -almost 50 minutes- for their shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Elevator Bell sounds like an alarm clock! we were not able to get a good sleep because of it, every time people use the elevator, the elevator stop bell sounds so hard that we could hear it while we were sleeping. The glass doors on bathrooms do not qualify as privacy enough

4th floor is a nightmare. Couldn’t get any sleep. There is a loud door closing sound I believe comes from an employee entrance that hits every minute. Reception/front desk did nothing about it. Wouldnt stay again not even for free.
