This hotel is not a big one but it is close to Garibaldi (about 15 min walking). The hotel was clean, our room also was clean and every day of our stay they cleaned our room, put clean towels and bottles of water. We walk on the surrounding area and we feel safe. We got the Jr. Suite that has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with trple twin mattress. There is an oxxo at 2 blocks from the hotel and also a pharmacy in case you need one. On the corner across the hotel there is a little place to eat (taqueria Mary) 100% recommended!

I liked this place because it was clean, the sheets and bath towels are soft and even their shampoo smelled nice. Also, this was the first time in a week I was able to access my email through wifi. It’s walking distance to the Forum Buenavista and on the way back we swung by the Mi Mercado Martinez. We also found some vegan tacos at The VEGguerrero, also walking distance.

Only thing is there is no AC, you can hear the traffic at night (if your a light sleeper) and I would agree with other reviewers that it may not be the best to walk around in the evening. No english is spoken in this area. No place near by for covid testing. No money exchange around here either. Luckily I was able to use a master card at the mall but didn’t really use it for fear It would be rejected.

AWESOME CREW,
I really enjoyed how nice the staff was, from the front desk to the maintenance staff.
Restaurant is great, we loved to have dinner there and prices are fair, you will get a nice meal for a good price and with great service.
The room was sparkly clean, I choose the suite with jacuzzi and it was amazing. Had a pleasant night without noise even though the room next door had 2 kids haha.
Also I stayed there doing home office and internet was great, had no issues with my conferences, I really appreciate that for a really small price I could check out at 5pm which was the time I needed because of work.
Overall good experience, really a good bussines/travel or /family vacation place to stay near by downtown Mexico City

I stayed at this hotel because I was competing in a bodybuilding competition, and this hotel was recommended on the poster. It was expensive considering the quality of the lodgings. The restaurant was VERY expensive. I started ordering food from outside and having it delivered. When they saw that, they attempted to extort me by demanding I pay $1500 pesos for smoking in the room (I didn't smoke in the room) or they would call the cops. I told them to go ahead and call the cops. Overall, it was a terrible stay.

The place has excellent food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I would rate higher but the area of the hotel is not a safe area of the city. If you are planning to go out at night and walk around the block. I would not recommend it. But if you plan to stay inside and leave during the day it is fine.
