A brilliant stay at the Kali Escandon. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Excellent value for money, and just a 5 minute walk to our son and daughter in law's apartment.

The air conditioning didn’t work, it would turn off after about 5 seconds and say error 259 or something. Then when I tried to call reception the phone didn’t work. The wifi also didn’t work. The spa and bathroom were dirty with other people’s hair everywhere.
When I told them at reception they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry that happened, nothing else. For the price of the hotel, all of the problems and then the lack of customer service after all that, it really wasn’t worth it.

We loved this hotel, it was clean, the air conditioner worked and they made the room every day. We will be staying here when we come back to Mexico City.

Nice place to stay overnight.Good located.Clean,affordable price,nice stuff and breakfast included.
Very convenient free parking.

Booked with hotels.com but had to argue about early check-in (Gold/VIP status was not recognised).

After I finally got my room, on the way out I was stopped by the receptionist - she asked me to forward her my reservation and then took her time confirming with her manager about my early check-in. Missed my walking tour because of the delay.

The ambience was very relaxed, the breakfast was delicious 10/10! The staff, in particular Miguel was super helpful when it came to figuring out our route around the city. They helped guide us and provided useful information which improved our stay.
