Before I checked out, I asked if I could leave a small backpack at the hotel for about ten days. They said their storage space was small but they could make space to leave it. When I returned to pick it up, they said I had to pay over USD 40 for the storage. They should have mentioned that when I asked before checking out. Or shall have called the receptionist on the day of my check out to confirm.

One side cannot change the terms of a negotiation afterwards without the agreement of the other. It applies in Mexico and all the world that follows the terms of the International Trade Organization.
Plus, I travel often for work and it is the first time in my life that something like that happens.
I do not recommend that hotel, that is not the way they should treat their guests.

The good review I had for them totally fizzled on my last day. After spending a weekend in CDMX, I was gonna meet up with some friends so I just told them to meet me at my hotel so we could go out. The receptionist didn’t let go up to my room for security reasons after 10 pm..which I it’s fine? But after I came down to meet them and we were drinking in the lobby, she told us we couldn’t be there either with things that were from outside the hotel. So not in my room, not in the lobby….where then?!!! Yep we ended up hanging out in the street… ????

I definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. Super service. Room service. AC. Perfect location. Tours information if needed. I would stay there again for sure. No laundry service and no covid test service. But the rests was perfect. Attention to details is excellent.

I only went here for drinks on the terrace but the drinks were excellent and reasonably priced, the view was nice, and the staff were very friendly and willing to bring the drinks up from the hotel bar to the terrace.

It was amazing, hot water, Netflix, well located. But, two things:
1. Noise from cars passing by.
2. They order for us a covid test from their provider. It was evening, the flight is next morning. And the doctor never showed up.
Around midnight they suggested another doctor but it was too late and we already delayed the flight.
I'm disappointed because we asked at 3p.m and 5p.m to make sure that the doctor will come at 7p.m, they told us that everything was fine even though the doctor didn't approve that she's coming(they told us that later)
In that hour they could have told us to go to the pharmacy and pay 300 pesos instead of 800, for a covid test. So anyway, why they didn't tell us about that option before, even though we asked if there is another option?
They service was bad and we never trusted them again.
At that hour (11 p.m ) they finally said that they don't think she is gonna come and suggest the covid test in the pharmacy. But they work until 6 p.m and we missed it. Like I said, they could have help us and not mislaid us.
