Any positive reviews of this hotel were written by someone who works here or someone who has a financial stake. All you need to know is that the hotel is located on a busy street next to a night club. All night you will be awakened by street traffic, screaming bar goers, and the bass line of the techno and dance music playing. The vibrations from the music can be felt as you lay in bed trapped in this hotel because you are forced to pre pay your entire stay upon arrival. I am not exaggerating when I say I did not sleep for three nights. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Deserves 0 stars.

Worst stay of my life. There was loud techno music until 7 am in the morning. This was so loud that our bed was shaking the entire night and we could not sleep for a second. The rooms is extremely humid and no windows making it even harder to get a single hour of sleep. DO NOT GO HERE

Great location, walking distance to endless bars and restaurants! Plus the hotel is new, nicely furnished and very clean.

However, they provided no soap, no drinking water and there was no hot water for showers. There is also minimal security as there are no dead locks on doors or security cameras. I would recommend being able to speak Spanish to stay here, I only know a basic amount and was unable to communicate with the front desk staff.

Location is so prime! There are many bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and we never felt unsafe going out at night. It's a small hotel with all the essentials for a good night stay--it was clean, the staff members were sweet and helpful, they have security or someone at the front desk all the times and a nice deck on the top floor! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel charged both our credit cards 7 times in total for one night although the terminal showed declined payment. No pin code or signature was given.
Then we paid in cash as the terminal seemed not to be working.
The next they we got 6 out of 7 credit card payments refunded, so we paid the room twice.
No reaction to our emails, nothing.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Hotel has a tiny sticker on the front door, no sign. The proprietor did not remember taking my reservation over the phone, even though we were the only ones there. The room was drastically overpriced. There was no hot water. The television didn't work (Netflix set up but not subscribed, no cable). There was no one around to assist, and calling the number goes to the owner's cell, who was never on the property. Do not stay here.

Its a hotel boutique, not a hostel not a big chain hotel. So its a small but perfect hotel if you dont need big amenities. I needed a room to sleep well and be close to everything i needed and this hotel was perfect. I got there late but i called them before and i had no issues to do the check in, hotel has probably 10 or less rooms so its pretty small but thats why it's a boutique hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and i think under new management so they will take care of you. They speak Spanish and English so for me it wasn't an issue. The two rooms that i stayed were working and were fine. No issues and everything was extremely clean. Located in the best area of the city so no need to talk of how convenient it is to walk to everything. Safe area, i got to the hotel at midnight or very late every night and i didnt have any safety issues and there was always a security inside making sure we were safe.
