DO NOT STAY HERE. The photo of my leg is of all the mosquito bites I had after one night. The rooms are hot and do not have fans or AC, so you must open the tiny window and while you sweat the room is full of MOSQUITOES. Also a Very hard mattress. My mattress had a hard spring sticking into me the entire night that made my arm go numb. Also, the bathrooms are cramped and wet, and the shower is weak. They give a fan that doesnt work if you complain about the heat. The kitchen is basically non-existent, very cramped and almost Zero fridge space. Long walk up three flights of stairs I can't believe it is legal to have stairs like that--they are not safe, some wooden boards are loose and moving and the floorboards are very thin and rickety. This place is terrible.

We had our night untill sunday and when we came back after an exhausting trip they cleared our room and threw everything in a closet. They told us we booked untill wednesday, but we paid untill sunday. The first days was good, but the way they handled our stuff was just not okay. (ruined $200US glasses) Did not get one sorry and the way they treated us was just rude. Recommend to find something else.

My stay in HoM Monterrey was good, not amazing. Its an oké price for a private room in a very good location in Roma. The facilities (kitchen and bathroom) arent the best and are not always clean. During my stay there were always dishes in the kitchen sink and the bathroom super wet and a bit dirty. Heat in the room, noisiness and wifi strength depends on the room they give you. So you can be lucky or you are not.

However, Israel, the guy who works there does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He is super helpful. Therefore I gave 4 stars, for purely the accomodation I would give 3.

A nice enough place to stay for a few nights, rooms are adequate and it's a convenient location.

Very low ceiling, avoid if you’re tall.

Budget accommodation in a great area.
It's not flash and it's a shared bathroom with other guests on your floor.
But if all you are looking for is a cheap private room and bed in a safe area close to great eateries, parks, tourist spots, then this fits the bill.
They have 24 Hour check in if you let them know in advance.
