Very clean hotel with excellent customer service. The locations not so great. If you're a tourist you'll be ubering from there and not walking that neighborhood. Noisy so I'd recommend asking for a quiet room and possibly bringing earplugs to sleep.

Rooms and property are awesome its a hidden gem but the front desk is atrocious. Prepare to be treated as if you don't exist especially if you don't speak Spanish. I stayed there twice because I loved the property but ive had it with the terrible service ....never again!

Horrible the whole class wreaked of m*th and you cannot walk down the hallway without hearing very profane noises. If I wanted revenge on someone I might recommend that they stay here.

LOVED THE BED
LOVED THE WIFI
LOVED THE BREAKFAST
LOVED THE TV...
*I loved my bathroom all nice and big with a rainfall shower
*I had a room safe witch I used and gave me some peace of mind while out and about on my day...
*There are shops and restaurants and public transit within walking distance
There really isn't much to dislike.. other than the traffic outside which doesn't seem to stop until 10:30 p.m. and if you're not from Mexico City or used to it it's frustrating..

The rooms were good for the price. It seemed to me they were going a little overboard with the disinfectant as there was always an overarching smell that made me kind of sick. Nothing in the area without walking 10-15 min. For the price though, not bad

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! We booked it as a last minute reservation when we arrived late at night for what was supposed to be just the night, and wow, for the price you are getting so much! Very unique and comfortable room! The pictures don't justify what it really looks like in person! We liked it so much we stayed there for the rest of our trip! The bed and pillows were probably one of the best I've ever slept in, and I've stayed at very expensive hotels and this comes pretty darn close to it. The reservation included complementary breakfast that was SO good, we couldn't wait to come back the next day! It was a buffet with a lot to choose from! We had a really nice view of the city, and the costumer service was amazing. Literally, we felt like we were staying at a much more expensive hotel! This place also includes a gym that's pretty nice, has a good amount of weights and cardio equipment. Overall I strongly reccomend this hotel! You will be surprised for what you're getting.

Nice for the money. The 24 hour room service is convenient, but took more than 45 minutes to arrive. The room seemed pretty clean, but smelled like cigarettes. I would stay here again.
