Friendly staff. Great location. I stayed in the 10-bed mixed dorm. The beds are OK, they're not mattresses, but very thick gym pads with vinyl cover, you get bed sheets when you check in. The place feels open inside, large common areas, but no windows or open air spaces. The kitchen is also OK, because they have a small amount of dishes.
Overall good if you're looking for a cheap place to stay.

Very good hostel, large, two or three stories. There are a lot of large common areas, kitchen, other relaxing area, computer to use, fitness possibility. It has large bathrooms with several sinks, showers and toilets, no wait in line. Clean and right in the center in very safe area, even alone at night. In two blocks you are in the center where there is everything you need. The rooms are small, as usual basic hostel rooms, the only thing that was pretty inconvenient is that it only had one plug at the entrance for all the beds and not enough for everybody either is room is full.

I needed a place to be in Mexico City between two flights. That was perfect. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and cheap. I knew I would not have much time to sleep as I had to leave early morning to the airport. A cheap bed in a dormitory was all I needed. Gracias

Hostel that is good. Stayed here before in 2019. I came back in 2022. Its still here. I like the place

I booked this hotel in Expedia, but had to cancel the booking due to COVID. They charged me an 85% fee, even though I cancelled it 5 days prior to the what they called "Free cancellation until..." date.

Be careful of their trap because they make you think the date that "Free cancellation until " is for a full refund, but it is not. When you book, you lose 85% if you cancel it right after that. When you look at the website, it shows a different policy for the cancellation date (full refund). However, after you book, the confirmation email will show you their real game!

I loved the idea of staying in their hotel and using their tours. However, after I found out that I got caught in a cheat of "Free cancellation... " (whatever date, they only refund max 15%), I won't ever use any kind of their service (accommodation, tour, transport, etc.) to avoid another swindling. Untrustworthy agent.

I've stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I found there is a new game of cheating from this hotel. The 1st photo is what you see on their website, the 1nd is what you get in the confirmation email.

Not very organized at all. Could definitely use some better lighting as well. But if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in Mexico City, this isn’t a horrible option.

One of the least hospitable, worst-managed hostels in México. Positive reviews are from pre-COVID. Stay elsewhere.
