Positive: It’s right next to a 24h 7-Eleven, near the Balderas metro station, and it was generally clean. The showers were hot, if not the best drainage, and Miguel was helpful. There’s a kitchen and fridge to use.. Negative: There is NO sign outside saying it’s a hotel, or the name of the hotel. Literally a couple of white doors that looks like they’re doing construction inside. It’s to the left of a handpainted ‘36’ on the wall next to it. Weird layout - if anyone was talking you could hear it as it’s really one big room with rooms coming off of it over a few levels. My room had a curtain over half the wall because it was looking out onto the main area, and the light was on the whole time which meant my room wasn’t very dark for sleeping. It was fine for a short overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend to stay if you’re visiting Mexico City for a few days. If you’re traveling solo, better to stay in a hostel..
