Holiday Inn Ciudad de Mexico-Trade Center, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at the hotel while attending a concert and fan meet-up in Mexico City. The staff were great with all the fans, even watching our videos, chatting to us about the band and asking how the gig went. The manager especially made us feel very at home, he even taught me some Spanish! In terms of facilities, there is a nice courtyard to sit in, computers and free printer to sort out your boarding passes, and complementary coffee at all times in the lobby. It is very convenient to the airport and the hotel shuttle bus makes the trip very easy. The drivers are very nice too! Thanks to all at the Holiday Inn!

I was there for only one night. The rooms were very good. Service at restaurant and front desk excellent. I'd stay there again if I go to the same place I went since it's very well located.

Good service. Decent hotel. Breakfast buffet is not great. The omelet was cold, and the coffee was watered down. The waiter said they have expresso but I recieved watered down filter coffee. The shower head in the Times Square Suite doesn't spray water from all the ports so it's a struggle to rinse the soap off. The jacuzzi tub was pretty nice but I had to clean it myself.

I really like the location and size of this hotel. Once can relax and enjoy a great night sleep! The protocols implemented regarding the safety of everyone is very commendable and makes the guest enjoy a great staying experience.
The staff was very professional and made me feel welcome every time I've interacted with them.
Enjoyed the excellent customer service provided..

very poor service in providing invoice by mail.

i check out at 8:00AM, and spent almost 30 mins in reception, however, i did not get my invoice.

I really loved this hotel, Their Cocid19 protocols were top notch, everyone wore masks , sanitized areas and rooms were very clean. The Front desk and Bell Staff spoke good English which is helpful if you are a non Spanish Speaker. The area is very safe , there is an ATM on site and an OXXO next door. Parking was free for me , I was so excited. Kudos to all the staff at this hotel. I even extended for 1 more day and ended up staying 1 week. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is in a good location. everything is close to it.
bathroom and room are spacious . very clean.
the staff are very kind.
I recommend this hotel to families with kids.
