The service was amazing and the rooms are spacious and very clean. My only complaint is the shower. The glass “wall” is tiny in the shower and the water spills all over the floor. You have to angle the shower head to hit the wall to minimize the water spillage but then it’s uncomfortable to shower with the water going to the wall.

Clean and comfortable. Nice gym. It is connected with double tree. There was weird entrance if you want to enter from convention center. Especially if you are carrying, it is super hard to pull up from stairs.

Good Service/ Friendly staff. Bar is also ok. Cleaness with some room of improvement but in general ok. Location... Well you need allways a car.

Great opportunities of improvement In service. Perhaps the effect of the pandemic or shortage of personnel, but was a recurrent issue of poor service in the restaurant, bar and room amenities.

Good hotel in Santa Fe. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is also pretty good. Recommended

The personnel at the breakfast restaurant was amazing. The most polite and attentive personnel I experienced in a while. I also had to mention the personnel at the bar and front desk. Hotel is walking distance to a shopping center, upscale restaurant and supermarket
