Indescribable experience! Everything is very organized. The pilot was very knowledgeable. The flight could have been longer but the pilot trusted his instincts to land. The landing was very smooth. Felt safe the entire time.

Decent Experience overall
- Service - 4 stars
- Views - 5 stars
- Photos and videos we paid for - 2 stars (not good quality and
photographer seemed very armature)
- Food - just okay
- Ride to and from Mexico City - ROUGH - bus drivers down here
are aggressive but I guess that's part of being in Mexico City?

Good 1 time experience but don't pay for the photo package we only got 1 or 2 we actually liked after it was all said and done.

Awful. Their email I saw via one screen online bounced. Can't find an alternate email when I re-Googled their website. Their Chat Us feature is unmanned so no reply to my question and took a long time to start up. Guess they don't care if they have any customers.
