Our stay was excellent. Very clean, good size rooms, very modern. The service is good, everyone was very helpful. It's located in a good area in the city. Very close to downtown, easy to get around. Ask for a room with a view to the city, you'll get some good pictures from your balcony. Ask for clear directions to get to your room, you'll need to get into two elevators. If you're staying there because your airline sent you there with TAXIS NUEVA IMAGEN, schedule your taxi ride back to the airport AT THE AIRPORT, don't wait until you get to the hotel. They tell you to call but they never answer. You'll end up paying for your transportation. A lot of people complain about that in other reviews.

This mall is massive, it has so many things that you get lost, it has so many stores of many brands but with different categories such as, coffee shops, jewelry and accessories, self-service, candy stores, entertainment, sports stores, home and decoration, fashion and footwear, opticians, restaurants, food court, health and beauty, technology, ice cream, department stores, etc.

The variety of things you see in this store you could go through in days, and the good thing is that they open and open more stores. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend you to book your stay with Fiesta Inn, as its close to Buenavista Centro, has lots of great local food to try and enjoy.. Shopping is so convenient as every store that you would visit you will find great staff who is willing to help you in all ways.. Our favorite is always ZARA 10 on 10...

This is a huge shopping mall. One can get everything one expects from this mall. It's spread over four floors and has various eateries and restaurants. Exclusive shops for clothing , jewellery, health products, sports products etc. Also it houses one outlet called sprains one of the biggest chain in Mexico . You can shop till you drop. Or if you only wish to spend time with your friends n loved ones you can do so for hours over a cup of Starbucks coffee. The ambience and location both are excellent.
