Classic Fogo de Chão experience! Go on, let’s get you filled with the OK cuts, chicken, sausages and whatnot before bringing out the prime cuts! That will always be the downside of their business from a client perspective and the upside for them for profit reasons. Quality is good though, just wished they brought the good cuts out from the start or when we ask them! Same applies to all other Fogo de Chao around the US and Guadalajara!
