This place should not be open anymore. They do not have any autorisations to host people. You do not miss anything the place is super noisy impossible to sleep. There is no glass soundproof so you hear the parties from 11 to 7am on the street. The police doesn’t care so be my guet if you don’t need to rest that the place to stay. It’s just incredible that booking / com keeps this hotel in the platform whereas authorities banned the hotel more than a year ago.

Worst experience I’ve had in any hotel, by far (regardless of price). I’m writing this at 1:30 in the morning, on a Wednesday nonetheless, as I find myself unable to fall asleep due to my room being located on top of a club that is blasting music. Let alone hearing all the people party. Don’t fall for this hotel’s blatant, written lie on their website: “Offering peace and quiet for your continued relaxation, you can enjoy your own space that blends the perfect combination of style and comfort.” I have written an email to management and I hope to hear from them because this is frankly unacceptable. What they have written, and promised, is a lie. I expect much more from any business I’m giving my hard-earned money to. If Google allowed me to share a video I would, just so you could see how bad and loud the music is within my room.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at FlowSuites in Polanco. The location is fabulous and is walking distance wonderful cafes and restaurants. This is our fourth stay at the suites and have found each and every stay enjoyable. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are a wonderful value and they include everything you would expect in a suite style room. The kitchen is more than adequate and you will be pleasantly surprised to find a light breakfast waiting outside your room each morning. I would highly recommend booking here.

You can not find a better place to stay in the Polanco for the price. My friend and I shared the "penthouse" apartment which had 1 HUGE bedroom with king bed and bath and one regular sized room with twin beds that can easily be pushed together if need be. There is a living room area, 3 TVs, and a kitchen. There are amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff at the desk were all very helpful but do not expect anyone to speak English. The only caution I would add is that it is not air conditioned. This was not a problem as we were there during a relatively cool period. They do have ceiling fans and a portable fan but if AC is a must this is not the place for you. A continental breakfast is delivered to your door each morning but if you want a delicious, full breakfast go directly across the street and you will not be disappointed!

Two bedroom suites are roomy but this isnt a fancy place.

The elevator is clunky, rooms are rather dark, and there's a broken exercise bike (only has one pedal) in the room I'm staying in.

Also, the breakfast is mis-represented. Their "breakfast" is them leaving cookie and a cold thermos of coffee at your door each morning. There is no where to sit or eat on site, other than in your room. Ie no gym/no restaurant. Not worth the price.

As a contract programmer, I frequently need a place to stay for one month to a year. For a few month stay places like Flowsuites Polanco are perfect. You have all the benefits of home without the hassle of leases, getting furniture, or what to do with every once you finish the contract.

Nice place, quiet room. Had everything I would expect from a suite. Would go again. Good location, clean and quality furniture.
