UPDATE: I've asked for a partial refund, AND the management confirmed they would give it to me. And then, surprise-surprise, started ignoring my emails :) Shame on you guys, just...shame on you.

This gym has so much potential, but... It is definitely the single most awful gym I have ever been to on 5 continents. The selection of machines and weights is just fine, but the trainers and owners allow a culture that just makes it impossible to enjoy your workout. No, I will not alternate with your team of three sweaty people on the bench, who each do not have a towel. In the middle of the pandemic. No, it's not OK to remove someone's towel off the lat machine without asking, while I am standing two feet from it and then get mad because I said something about it. The dumbbells are never in their place and weights are often hoarded. That's ok, owners of the gym - this is your gym and you can run it however you want. But when I went to the front desk and explained all these things and why I am asking for my membership to be cancelled (after all, if I am not enjoying, other people around me are not enjoying), they made it such a huge deal. First, I need to send an actual email to the gym, to the person I spoke to, requesting the cancellation. Then, a week passes. No response. Another week. No response. I had a free one day coupon from the time I complained, so I gave to my friend. When he gave it to the front desk a few days later, they told him the coupon expired. AWFUL, simply AWFUL. I do not recommend :)
