We stayed here for a week due to me having back surgery at a hospital close by. The location is perfect. The hotel is very comfortable. There are many restaurants close by. This isn’t the ritz, but you know that already.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to July who cleaned our room everyday and made it perfect. I want really ambulatory after my surgery and she worked around our schedule. The manager Raul was a great asset. Solved my only issue in minutes. I’ll stay here again when I come back for my follow up in 3 months.

Bad restaurant service, beds are way to soft that harm the lower back.

This a nice, comfortable hotel. Modern decoration and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone speaks English and is very accommodating. The restaurant and room service has good quality if not a wide selection. They do have sandwiches and hamburgers that you would find in the US.

I walked into the most amazing king executive suite with the simplicity of modern decor. Let me backtrack for a moment here. If and should you decide to book a room and use uber to move about, pay attention to the address. I had posted in a hurry fiesta inn and not the fiesta inn 553. I showed up at the wrong hotel which was another 20 mins away and had to order another uber. Let me point out the receptionist at fiesta inn was so kind, Sympathetic after seeing my reservation on my cell when he couldn't find me in his system. Man, did I feel dumb!!

A very professional and friendly staff!!!! Bravo!!!!

Excellent attitude, all personnel were very friendly and the service was magnificent. They were more than willing to accomodate our requests. I would certainly come back on my next visit to this city

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Didn't get 5 stars due to their food, Sundays they have brunch, with some variety, but, the food was cold, they have an outdoor terrace and some of the food tables were set up outside, looks like they forgot to put warmers, so pretty much all the food was cold.
Good service though

Very nice and friendly hosts. The rooms are great, although if your used to carpets... There are none here (or anywhere for that matter). Bring flip flops! There is a Starbucks connected to the lobby. There is a small restaurant and a bar on the lobby floor. There are a few restaurants walking distance. Overall I would highly recommend this place for you.
