I stayed with my husband 3 years ago and we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Also, I called today to get info and the front desk woman was very helpful. We will be back soon!

Time is of the essence and the hotel card constantly not working on the elevator to get to our floor failed or as well as to enter our room, the b.s. excuse we got was your "hotel card is probably affected by your cellphone's reception or other credit card" are you serious?! Prove me that.
One other negative is the halls are nosey and the next rooms could be heard, so privacy was minimal, we won't be coming back to this place and don't recommend, it's not worth the price.

We've been struggling since we arrived ...
Checking in (with prior reservation) took us a long time, there was no one to help us with our luggage, we had to go to front desk twice to ask for assistance with the Internet because no one answered us when we called from the bedroom, there is nothing to watch on TV, they don't have a bathtub, there is no closet ... I do not recommend this hotel.

High level of service. Hotel that has 3 stars but deserves at least for one more. Perfect location in CDMX is just an additional benefit. Place that can be recommend to all persons.

Our room was filthy upon arrival. We had to get the maids to clean the floors twice and the amount of dirt that came off blew our minds. Our two young children (5 and 1) had filthy feet and needed a shower promplty after the floor was cleaned. The beds had previous guests hair in them and were stained. There are no mattress protectors on the mattresses. The hotel lobby is also under construction which was not mentioned to us upon booking. Overall we are shocked by the lack of quality of this hotel and we will not recommend this to anyone- in fact we will warn individuals not to book here. The free breakfast was subpar as well. The food was cold and "continental" should not be used to describe it. Very disappointed.

Great hotel, very comfortable and we'll located. The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't have instructions or indications in case of earthquake. I think is very important that they have this information in each room.

Cheap breakfast, not tasty at all, bed sheets were stained with blood, the reservation included a transport service wich was denied under the argument that the hotel's car had broken down. it was 12:30 and the receptionist was already asking to turn in the room. Overall a really poor experience. The location is great though.
