Great location. Was here when the earthquake hit the night on 9/22/22. Easy to evacuate. Staff was super friendly and helpful and got us all back to our rooms in a timely manner. The rooms are small and cozy, drapes make the room completely dark even at mid day. Very comfortable bed. Towels can be better, a little rough..

Just FYI. Mini-bar fridge. You need to tell them at the front desk you want to use it so they can unlock it. Also, the parking. When you get your card “validated”, you still need to run the card by the machine on the basement before it works when you drive out. Machines are by the elevators.

Highly recommend the place.

Best bed and pillows ever. I loved the personalized screen and all the services that can be managed from your own mobile. Food is good, not perfect but good. All the personnel are so kind and professional, specially Memo, the bellboy. Service at restaurant has to improve, there were just a few tables occupied and still very slow. But in general is a 9. And YOU NEED to try the white chocolate tart with berries, it's worth to be alive!

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was just a one night stopover, but our dinner, room, and trip to the bar were all exceptional. The staff is helpful and courteous. We would gladly return if our travels lead us back to Mexico City.

Very frendly staff. Super comfy beds. Very modern rooms. Quiet, and excelent to rest. Was there when an earthquake hit, and all the personel was helpful, and made us feel safe and took care of us. Delicious breakfast, and has some nice restaurants in the firsf floors. My place to stay in Mexico.

Couldn't be better! Just awsome!
Ask for a room on the upper levels! Great view and it's quite. Loved the starbucks in house and that there is a shopping center ground floor. Didn't left the building for two days :-)

Great service, very clean and comfortable rooms. Centraly located, just a few minutes drive from historic attractions. Near by restaurants offer delicious food options at very affordable prices. Will definitely stay here again.
