We had a fantastic stay at Grand Fiesta Americana in Cancun. The resort was beautiful and very clean. There was daily entertainment at the pool during the day and in the evenings. The food was excellent, with a large selection to choose from.

The staff were exceptional. Ivan from the Vacation Club greeted us as we arrived and checked on us regularly through our stay. He was very organized and helpful, always willing to get us whatever we needed or asked for. He has been the best that we have encountered in our time with FAVC. Antonio and Jose were waitstaff that were also great and very attentive with our kids.

We can't wait to make a return visit to this resort.

Don't sign up for Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Membership, it really is a scam. The hotel, food and environment was excellent, but they pressure you into this membership... It sounds good until you get home and look into it (lots of bad reviews on various websites because people do NOT get the benefits of the membership). I requested to cancel within the time frame of cancellation (5 days) and they haven't refunded me, which is foul and unprofessional. Please be aware. Only go for the hotel experience, don't fall for the vacation club membership.

I love my membership with FAVC, we have been able to go to so many beautiful resorts and Hotels with it but the greatest thing about our membership is Andres Fraga. He has been letting us know all this time of promotions available with our membership and kept in touch with me to check on us. Letting me know of new places coming up. I highly recommend asking for him if you want to know more about the membership, he is very knowledgeable u0026 patient in explaining. He is always a call or message away. He is also a very nice person.

To make reservations it takes up to two hours for someone to answer you and after putting you on hold they cut the call, to pay the membership it has taken me up to four hours to be on the phone and when they answer you they do it without courtesy, Cozumel and Cancun have been one one of the worst places in customer service at (front desk) and furniture in all hotels are old, battered and there is fungus in the bathrooms.(Acapulco). Annuity payments are not evenly distributed as employees continue to be exploited and safety in the hotels is non existing.
It seems like a lamb hunt for how the sales managers are on their sellers and if they don't instigate you, they harass them.
The alleged donations made by the company are based on the
sales that employees have to make among their friends and family since they have to meet a quota.

This company is a total scam - the moment we walked into our resort they pressure you to buy into their vacation club - they did not even give us time to think about it and we got sucked in. When we contacted them by phone and email to say we wanted to cancel no one ever returned our calls or emails. Total scam beware.

We have been owners with FAVC for several years and have had many wonderful vacations! We have not had any issues, and love the locations we have visited. We have returned to several locations many times—wonderful accommodations, awesome food, and really great staff members. They have all treated us so well, especially our concierge, Monica, at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. She is absolutely fabulous..and has gone above and beyond to assist us and make every moment of our vacation time wonderful! We look forward to seeing her every year.

So far we've had a very good experience with Raphel Del La Parra from Live Aqua. We are just getting started with the Vacation Club and I think it will be great for our family. Hopefully, all goes well and I will let you know. We are from the states. Raphel was amazingly professional. I will keep you updated on our experience with FAVC.com.
