First, I would like to single out Beto y Leticia from the breakfast bar. Both of them were very friendly, warm and attentive to our needs. They always had our breakfast just the way we like it, they even cut the crust of the bread, select the fruits we like and even deliver breakfast to the rom with special message for a birthday.

Second, We had to change rooms and Tania Front desk work hard to accommodate reservations for two queen beds . Pablo from security showed me the room 604 from room 606 waited for my roommate to get ready and swap rooms - awesome
Lastly, we stay on this hotel for almost 5 weeks and the entire staff made us feel at home.

The hotel is OK and fairly priced, but my customer made a reservation for me and forgot to tell me, and paid in full. And I had a reservation on Booking.com. They refused to cancel either one even though Booking.com allowed for a 50% refund for same-day cancellation. They said that they had already billed Booking.com and couldn't issue a refund. When I asked them to refund my customer, they refused. And the worst part about it was their attitude. I will never stay here again even though it's right next to my customer's office. I'd rather give my business to another hotel and take a taxi each day.

It's a great option if you are on business trip in Mexico city Santa Fe area. Super safe and great restaurants and bars ????

The hotel is very "average" but I would think that for the price (same as any American hotel) that I would be receiving the same experience. There is no swimming pool, no weight room, the business center is tiny, the "Great Room" for the breakfast is small and appears like a school cafeteria. The staff is great and they are very good at what they do but that is the largest compliment the hotel has. The rooms are clean, the internet is good, but the walls are pretty thin. I was there on business so I was told to stay in this hotel and will have to stay there again, but like I said, for the same money as an American hotel I guess I just anticipate getting more for my money in Mexico.

The hotel lobby is inviting and looks remodeled. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, the location is close to a lot of great variety of restaurants. The only reason that I would only stay one night is that the towels were old and falling apart, the toilet had a ring of filth inside, and the floor was filthy. The shower was also very dirty inside as it appear that it had been used previously and the room was rented out without cleaning.

Finally I had on my preferences that I wanted a room away from the elevator and I was placed directly accross the service elevator? No extra pillows or towels were provided. What is the point of the preferences if hotels won’t honor them.

I had a very good time in Mexico City, the hotel was very good, the towels were not very soft and seemed pretty old. The lighting of the room is very dark if you need to do some work at night, some of the power outlets did not work or were in use by the alarm clock that I basically disconnected every night to charge my cellphone/laptop.
I had a small issue with my reservation since they booked one more night at the travel agency that I was not going to use, I spoke with them more than 8 days ahead and at the hotel they did not allow any modification to my booking. In the end they charged me 50% of the room for the last night which was not perfect but at least better than paying a night that I was not going to use.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The lobby was under renovation. The property inside and out was kept very clean. Uber and taxi drivers had a slight challenge in finding the hotel as it is not clearly identifiable from a distance. The bed was very comfortable.
