Esta estatua se encuentra en buen estado sin embargo la placa que debiera contener esta información se ha perdido, como única información aparte de la forma, esta el nombre del autor y diputado en la base del monumento. La forma de la Estatua a dado pie a que se bromea poniéndole objetos en la mano derecha abierta que extiende hacia el frente.
Se encuentra justo enfrente de El templo de San Hipólito y afuera del metro y metrobús Hidalgo.
