We had a bad experience here due to an incompetent manager. I ordered the vacio medium rare (specifying rojo), and the steak came about 70% of cooked completely overdone brownish gray. I told the server who was nice enough to take the overcooked steak to go change it, but instead of a properly cooked steak the manager comes back with the same steak lecturing me about how it isn't possible to cook it completely red because it was thicker in some parts. I've had the same steak in that same restaurant several times where it was served properly red, yet this guy is trying to tell me it cannot be cooked like that.

Management 101 u003d Solve the situation to make the customer happy. You don't return to the table with the same steak and tell the customer they are wrong, you go have the kitchen cook a steak for less time. What did he accomplish? Lost a regular customer, gained a bad review, all because he doesn't believe a vacio that costs 329 pesos can be cooked medium rare like is possible at every other Argentinian and Uruguay restaurant in town.

There are many great steak houses in town, the owner of this restaurant needs to train this manager how to do his job so he doesn't look customers.
