The best option at the MEX terminal 1 before security. Food and Juices are surprisingly good.

We had some soups and three different types of tacos. I found the food was too salty and overly greasy. A bit pricey for what they offer.

Yeah, eat here. Big you are at cdmx flying into the country, El Porton is a great taste of what's to come.... If you are flying out? Well, it is a good gastro send off.
