Hotel is connected to a large, semi-indoor mall. I don't know how else to describe it that's what it is! Staff is super attentive and kind. The restaurant in the hotel (Centro) is decent and prices are reasonable. Hotel is clean and prices are fair. Great views!

The staff is superb. The building is in great shape and clean. Breakfast was great. This is a business hotel far from the Centro Histórico, Reforma, Condesa and Chapultapec. I stayed because a friend lives nearby and he's used to taking the Metrobus everywhere. The Metrobus station is right across the street from the hotel. The mall with a private entrance from the hotel is modern with many food options and a variety of stores. Again, the staff was so friendly and courteous. Easy to/from the airport.

We enjoyed our recent stay. We explored the large shopping center next door. Relaxed in the hotel restaurant area over looking the shopping center. We had coffee and dessert watching the sun go down. Beds were comfortable. Rooms u0026 bathroom very clean and modern. It’s located very close to Norte Bus Station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free wifi u0026 computer u0026 printer use. We would absolutely stay again.

I have to say that this hotel beats most of CY/FF hotels that I have stayed (US and Asia). Breakfast is awesome, personnel are very polite and professional (cleaning and room service and front desk). And front desk people are really willing to help someone (like me lol) who does not speak Spanish - much appreciation on helping me find and schedule the COVID test. If I have a question, they are always responsive with politeness. Great hotel and people. Oh and by the way, hotel location is awesome that you can enjoy mall entertainment and convenience!

Rooms are too small, food is bad. When trying to work in the restaurant working booths is too hot and loud. We got switched from rooms and still dirty.
The staff is wonderful though.
