I consider myself to be a frequent guest at Condesa Haus. Since my first visit in 2014, I have stayed quite a few times. In 2018 I even stayed for a whole month while taking an intensive Spanish course. The architecture of the house itself is stunning. I've stayed in 3 different rooms on different occasions and found them all well-appointed and all with comfortable beds. For me, breakfast is of great importance and Condesa Haus does not disappoint. Overall it's just a beautiful, comfortable experience--my go-to place for lodging when in Mexico City.

Absolutely loved it! Clean, comfortable and cool design. My wife and I went down for a mini-vacation. It was quiet enough for business calls (since we each a few). It was close to the major parks and museums. Condesa is great area and Condesa Haus was on a quiet street, but had access to bars, restaurants just around a corner or two. A wonderful owner/host makes this a special boutique hotel...and this is place is perfect. I'd highly recommend, and would stay again. ????

Highly recommend this hidden gem. Apart from the beautiful feel and rooms, Fernando and Josue were so helpful when there was problems with my flight. They re-ordered PCR tests to come straight to the hotel. Made loads of photocopies required for my work. Good vibes.

House and room were beautiful on a quiet, green street. Fernando and staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us and made themselves available via Whatsapp for anything we needed, even when we needed to extend our stay. Check in and out were fast and easy. It has the character you might look for from an Airbnb but the convenience and safety of a boutique hotel - best qualities of both.

Absolutely love CondesaHaus! The architecture is beautiful and design is tasteful! Fernando was so accommodating and helpful with everything we need. He speaks perfect English. I stayed in the extended stay apartments that were fully furnished and cleaned weekly.

I absolutely love the vibe of the house, everyone is so friendly. The rooftop has so many plants and is perfect for sunny days. Living at Condesa Haus made Mexico City feel like home. Highly recommend Suite 1 - I love the beautiful windows and tall ceilings!

I absolutely loved Condesa Haus!
I stayed here for a week and it is by far a top choice to book, located in the heart of La Condesa, CDMX.
It has a mix of classic/modern architecture and design which makes it super charming.
The staff is very friendly and breakfast is always served on time.
Highly recommended Condesa Haus to anyone wanting to visit this vibrant neighborhood!

Condesa Haus was an absolute blast to stay in! I visited for a month and stayed in Suite #2. Fernando is the perfect host and has a great eye for design as the apartment has a great setup! Any time I had a question or request he responded to it almost immediately. I would definitely come back to stay longer!
