The place is fine... A little old the room need a little renovation but minor details.
Is very clean tho and staff are friendly and helpful.
I stay there 2 weeks and it was fine, no problems.
Breakfast was a plus.

Over-priced cabin with zero sound proofing and has as much charm as a cardboard box. If you want to feel like you are in a coffin then stay here. Showers are terrible, cold to luke- warm and no pressure. Beds are ok but there are so many better alternatives hotels to stay at.

Cabina sobrevalorada sin insonorización y con tanto encanto como una caja de cartón. Si quieres sentirte como si estuvieras en un ataúd, quédate aquí. Las duchas son terribles, frías y tibias. Las camas están bien, pero hay muchas alternativas mejores en las que alojarse

The hotel's location is perfect, I mean, the area is secure, clean, and everything is near the hotel. Talking about the rooms, they're very comfortable, clean, modern, and peaceful. Also, there are many devices that sprays aromatics which is good because the hotel smells well all time. The service is helpful and elegant. The only problem I don't give it five stars is because the hotel only has 2 elevators, it should have three!

Clean and comfortable rooms. They include a full bathroom, air conditioning and comfortable beds. Excellent for a business trip or an overnight stay. However, I called the management and asked for towels, but they never brought them up to my room.

Would not recommend this hotel!

The hotel has thin walls and you hear much of what is going on in the neighbour rooms..

We were "blessed" with young teenage neighbours on every corner and everyone decided to have a party and shout from eachothers' rooms at 3 o clock. It was impossible to sleep!!
We called security many times, but they really could not do anything.

If else, breakfast was nice but in a noisy room again.
We never found peace, rest, quiet and sleep at that hotel.

Nice budget hotel with decent breakfast. Close to a lot in the city. Did have reasonable parking. Very courteous and professional staff. 24 hour free self serve coffee machine available with fresh ground coffee beans to order.

WE COULD HAVE BEEN ROBBED, HERE’S WHY YOU SHOUDN’T COME TO THIS HOTEL

So I never write reviews because it’s just not something I do, but this one got me. When my family of 3 entered our hotel room (room 708 on the seventh floor) with our key card, we immediately noticed that someone else’s belongings were in the room. That room was taken, meaning the desk people gave us an all-access key to someone’s hotel room. We got another key card to a room on the ninth floor, however, when we opened the door we were greeted by a very confused man. They gave us yet another all-access key card to someone else’s hotel room. Of course, that was enough to get my family and I worried about someone coming into our hotel room, stealing our belongings, or walking into our room when we’ve recently gotten out of the shower. So, third times a charm, we finally get into a hotel room that wasn’t already in use. But it became very evident that we were not gonna enjoy our time there. First off, there is NO air conditioning. They website, and our room description says “air conditioning”, but when my father went to the front desk he was told there was “no air conditioning in any of the rooms, only a cooling system”. Which is just a big block on the wall that blows out not even cool air, makes the humidity worse, and turns off for no reason. After talking to the manager again, they moved our rooms. Again. The bathroom situation is... awkward. It’d be fine if you were by yourself, but sharing a room with that kind of set up is a little ridiculous. The walls were filthy, dirt smears and odd colored stains were everywhere. The tv remote doesn’t work in the room we were using. Now, the most important detail of them all; the wifi. With a 3-star hotel, I wasn’t expecting much, but the wifi doesn’t work at all. Not to mention, it connected without a secure password. What does that mean?? It’s easy to hack. Now if you’re like me, I like to check all my bank accounts and person things on an everyday basis to make sure no one is trying to pull a fast one with me. If I were to do that with this wifi, who knows who could see my information. At the moment, we’re fighting with the hotel to get some sort of discount for this horrible experience and to get a new hotel booked. No one was really helping us fix our situation, the fear of someone taking our passports or stashed money, and the messed up bathroom set up was enough for me to write this long review. Don’t come here, I’m serious. This is such an unprofessional, inexcusable experience. We’re trying to get some sort of refund for this awful day, and this all happened within the first hour of being in the hotel. Don’t come here, please don’t come here.
