The hotel is well located and most of the staff was really nice and willing to help me with anything. It was very important for me to have access to wi-fi, since i was in a business trip, however the network was not working in my room, i had to stay at the Loby if i wanted to use my phone/computer and the staff was not able to fix the problem.

My first time in Mexico city, I choose this hotel for the location and the wifi provided. Upon checking in there was a lack of clean rooms available, the bell man was running up and downstairs to see which rooms were clean and not clean. I felt this was unprofessional and disorganized. Also, the wifi that they tout was non existant, they kept saying it was being worked on took a whole day nothing for the inconvenience just sorry. In addition to that they mixed up me and my friends rooms and the whole experience was disorganized and I felt the staff did not care at all. I give it 2 stars for location and cleanliness.

My spouse and I had a lovely stay here. It’s in a prime location! It’s located in front of a new and very chic shopping mall Reforma 222. It’s very close to nice restaurants and boutiques. It’s what makes it worth it and the iconic Angel de la Reforma is down a few blocks. The hotel itself is lovely. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Great hospitality is one of their virtues. I loved it! Thank you.

Decent Hotel but nothing special. Windows and shades are weird to navigate and there were things broken but seem to have been so for a while.

Only 1 out of 3 Ethernet ports worked in the Business Center. They charge for coffee outside of breakfast hours. Wi-Fi speed and connection is unstable. Completely unlike other City Express Hotels.

The EBC Reforma is pretty cozy and small. I didn't like that does not have a parking lot, but besides it's small size everything in there was pretty comfortable. I would come back
