The burgers are amazing, a limited number of them but everything is well cooked and delicious mixed, I really enjoy it. As well, they sell craft and local beers, some mezcal drinks that are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this place. Please be aware ok their social medias, they usually have some fun events you shall not miss.

Take the plunge and walk up the narrow stairs and you will find a great place to eat and drink. Whilst not on the menu there were 3 vegan burgers and the falafel one was delicious. Will be back to try the others.

The place is small, yes, but very cozy. We arrived at about 3:30 p.m. and we were the first customers. Very attentive the kids, they immediately attended us and they are very nice, friendly and have good taste for music. I think the fact that you are treated directly by the owners is what makes the difference.
They have a basic menu of snacks (potatoes, onion rings, banderillas, etc.) hamburgers, a burrito, beers of various types, soft drinks and fruit waters.
The burgers are of good size and the meat is thick, all accompanied by potato wedges with dressing. By the way, the dressings are delicious really, really good.
Just as a suggestion, they could introduce a menu of desserts like ice cream or brownies, what do I know, because after a while of salty food it seems something sweet.
As the hours passed, the place filled up, so the service slows down, but nothing serious, just like in busy places where hamburgers are prepared at the moment. It's not a fast food place, so do not despair.
I must say that I noticed some confusion at the time of doing the accounts, because they were going the wave with so many customers. A little more organization would not hurt them.
One last thing, at the entrance you do not notice that it is Captain Coyote because they are next to another place that monopolizes with its enormous sign. In fact, they are on the 2nd floor and just one of them notices the logo that is small and is inside one of the walls. It took us a lot to find them.

Muy atentos los chavos, de inmediato nos atendieron y son muy agradables, simpáticos y tienen buen gusto para la música. Creo que el que te atiendan directamente los propietarios es lo que hace la diferencia.
Tienen un menú básico de snacks (papas, aros de cebolla, banderillas, etc.) hamburguesas, un burrito, cervezas de varios tipos, refrescos y aguas de frutas.
Las hamburguesas son de buen tamaño y la carne es gruesa, todas las acompañan de papas gajo con aderezo. Por cierto, los aderezos están deliciosos en verdad, buenísimos.
Solo como sugerencia, podrían introducir un menú de postrecitos como helado o brownies, qué se yo, porque después de un rato de comida salada se antoja algo dulce.
Al pasar las horas el lugar se llenó, por lo que el servicio se ralentiza, pero nada grave, igual que en lugares concurridos en los que se preparan las hamburguesas al momento. No es un sitio de comida rápida, así que no desesperen.
Debo decir que noté algo de confusión a la hora de hacer las cuentas, porque se les iba la onda con tanta clientela. Un poco más de organización no les haría mal.
Una última cosa, en la entrada no se nota que es Capitán Coyote debido a que están al lado de otro lugar que acapara con su enorme letrero. De hecho, se encuentran en un 2do piso y apenas uno nota el logotipo que es pequeño y está dentro de una de las paredes. Nos tardamos un montón en encontrarlos.
En fin, muy recomendable, regresaré pronto.
