Amazing staff! Everyone was really helpful, front desk, room service and bartender were great. Ivonne, the captain, she went above and beyond to make us great cocktail drinks at the bar. Rooms are good with a nice comfy bed and a beautiful view of Santa Fe. They have a very decent Gym. Would definitely come back!

They open after pandemic, I didn't see more activities like before. But I noticed they dont have enough stuff. But I believe they will be back to normal. Entire team was very helpful

Have become a frequent client, always at Camino Real standards, clean and friendly. Close to mall, as well as shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, in spite of being in Santa Fe.

Hotel has great location and people are friendly but the rooms are in dire need of remodeling, the hotel needs better maintenance and more thorough cleaning in the hallways. I checked in and after unpacking, saw bread crumbs on the bed and carpet, as well as hairs on the other bed, the plug at the desk was not working. They changed the room and it was better...but the hotel needs a lot of updating.
