I stayed in this hotel from July 14 to July 20. I booked two rooms. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms and some of the services were at a good level.

However, one of the rooms I booked was a master suite bu, when I checked in I was given room 1618, which was smaller and was not even a junior suite. Reason why I complained in the front desk. I was told that all master suites were taken for the night and that I will get one the following night.

I agreed however I requested a discount on the original rate. The hotel agreed. However, they ended up charging me more money than the original reservation.

Additionally, in the extra room that I book for my companions the shower did not properly work.

Positive: The design is ultra modern (Picassoesque) with great visual attractions. The staff is multilingual, incredibly friendly, and extremely helpful. Service is prompt and efficient. Value for money is fabulous. The rooms are delightful. Negative: NOTHING!

The best hotel in Mexico City! A large spacious hotel, that makes you feel you’re in the mountains and not the in a big city. Great rooms, breakfast is perfect!!!

We visited in March 2022 and couldn't have been happier with the service. Truly a wonderful trip. And upgrade to the Club Level, you'll love having breakfast and Happy Hour available!

My favourite hotel in Mexico City in a great safe neigbhourhood. The hotel is built like an urban oasis in a park - very tranquil but close to Roma and Condessa etc. - and Chapultepec Park and museums. It's a hidden gem. Well priced. The pool is awesome. The rooms are huge. The vintage Lagoretta Lagoretta is architecture is incredible. Every time I am there I never want to leave....

I was robbed today at their meeting rooms, security was rude and unhelpful.... there are far.mirw better hotels nearby
