Excelent bubble tea and waffles. The place is clean and with a good layout. Staff inside friendly. It offers some tea without added sugar which is great. Ordering is done at the cashier and beverages are called out but food is brought to your table.
The traditional sandwich was great with fresh ingredients and very nicely put together. Was expecting it to be sweet due to the waffle but luckily it wasn't.
All tea is milk Free (another plus).

Great place for bubble tea. A wide selection of flavors and options. The best thing is that you can choose the sweetness level of your drink unlike other places. Food is limited to waffle sandwiches but they are well made and tasty. Recommend this place for casual meal.

Excellent cafe on a relatively quiet street corner with outdoor seating. The service is attentive, friendly, and beyond what would be expected at this price range. I enjoyed the Sandwich Del Antojo, with a side of papas covered in mustard sauce. The verde sauce was the perfect level of spice and complimented the sandwich well. My girlfriend had the Mediterranean sandwich with a green salad. The bread was fresh and toasted nicely, while the mozzarella and vegetables zinged with flavor. The food is decadent and rich, each ingredient has great flavor, and the serving was more than enough. This is also a tea place, and they have quite a variety to choose from, which neither of us tried. I’d highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. It’s also a romantic place for a date at night.

Bubble milk tea place ,,, a lot cool nice clean place :)
A lot drinks n nice desserts :)
Remember if u want dessert ,,, come to visit !
And
Now they have a restaurant and a store for to go ( fast )

Their bubble teas are superb, the food is really good too (the enchiladas are fantastic). The service is nice but a bit slow though, so be prepared.

It is a nice spot where you feel like Starbucks it's overrated, the service is fast pace ,however, the waffles are worth the wait specially their sandwiches!
I had a good time, they have an ample variations of teas and their coffee was welcome by my taste buds - and I'm a coffee maniac- all and all a nice experience. The only suggestion that l would make is that perhaps one of the person of their staff can go around the places and clean the tables instead of the patrons doing it , that would be the excellent!!

Bubba Tea offers a great variety of the famous bubble tea originally from Taiwan created in the 80s.

The people from Bubba is really nice and help us the first time I went there. I ordered a couple of bubble teas when I was there and it was a great service with little bulbs as glasses that look pretty cool.

The place looks cozy and you can take a place to fit a large group of friends inside (couches) or a hot tea outside with your date.
