It’s a beautiful hotel in Roma Norte with lots of beautiful restaurants, cafes and parks. The hotel is in a great location and a very short walk away from Rosetta restaurant and bakery. Luis and all the front desk team were amazing and super friendly. I stayed in one of the suites and the room was very beautiful and I really enjoyed my stay. I was working remotely and overall the internet connection was great. My only wish was that there was better light at the desk. I will definitely be back!

Located in a high-end safe location “la Roma “ this hotel was everything we dreamed of for our 20th anniversary, the whole team was super attentive, cordial, and focus on making you feel special and important. Miguel helped make reservations for top Restaurants and gave us great suggestions, Jose Luis help us from the beginning, top-notch customer service.
The rooms were clean and spacious and we had the rooftop where I was able to enjoy bubbles! Thank you to the whole team for making our visit/celebration very special we can not wait to come back and stay with you guys again!

We’ve just checked in. The staff is really nice. The hotel is bizarrely dark. So dark it takes a while for my eyes to adjust. My room rate is 284.00 USD per night incl. tax. There are no windows. My friend who also booked this hotel does not have any windows either. You cannot drink the tap water and they’re charging 70 pesos for 350ml water. Its not a lot, I know. But you CAN’T drink the tap water. The Oxo is 350m away. No big deal. It’s a nice hotel but not great value for the money.
EDIT: The staff are wonderful; attentive, excellent English, welcoming. I can’t heap enough praise on them.

Great place to stay, beautiful rooms, and it´s the best place for small business meetings or holiday celebrations, in or outdoors. The food and the drinks are delicious.

Nice hotel in great neighborhood. Charged me $120 USD for a small load of laundry on my way out. Half the cost of my room. Room had no windows.

Great hotel, in the middle of a cozy neighborhood.
The staff is amazing, the manager very friendly and professional.
