This boutique has great people but I would like to highlight one of the girls that work here I think her name is Gabriela. Nespresso refuses to recycle my capsules. I am forced to throw out the capsules and my coffee maker because Nespresso refuses to honor its commitment to recycle all used customer capsules! I have spent 8 days and 11 communications talking to people at Nespresso with no success. I have had four people promise to take care of the recycling, but no one does anything. I filled out the recycling form with my order and Nespresso "forgot" to pick it up. Since then, they have promised 11 times to pickup the capsules. I have now given up. Horrible horrible company!!!
