Me and family stayed for a week . The staff were nice . Especially Lilliana in housekeeping and Maxiimo in front were great. I would have mentioned other staff members but don’t remember

Beautiful hotel! Recently renovated and big spacious rooms at an affordable price. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and shopping were at the doorstep. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The security was top notch. The breakfast was included and had great variety and was fresh and delicious. This is a hotel we will be staying in again and again throughout our visits to Mexico City. Highly recommended!

As far as Holiday Inns go this is a good one. Service was great. The hotel was very clean. The room I had was very clean and spacious. It was a corner room with tons of Windows. Large clean bathroom. Cleaning staff was good and friendly as well. They have a gym and complimentary breakfast. Well located in Mexico city. I had a very good stay.

Its a very Good place to stay for any foreigners. Hospitality and the service is very good. Hotel staff are very co-operative and pay atmost respect for the visitors.

Room size is good. Location is great. Included breakfast is okay. Two weird things: the wash basin, which usually resides in the bathroom, is in the sleeping area, so you or your fellow travelers have no privacy while you gargle, brush your teeth, put on your makeup, and such. This alone will make me avoid this hotel in the future. And, two: the reading lamps over the beds will not work unless the brighter overhead lights are also on. Let me know who the architect is so I may make sure never to hire him (or her).
