Worst place for the price in this city. No hot water (and this season has been cold here), wifi only in the lobby, the kitchen... I wouldn't let me dog eat out of it, and the housekeepers only clean the bathrooms when you ask them when they're going to get cleaned. Once a week if the guests are lucky. Bleach is rarely used in there and I never saw the hallways floor cleaned past swept. One of the housekeepers (there are only 2) has xenophobia, so communicating with her even if you know Spanish is useless. There are lockers in the hallway, but none ever available. When you ask about this at the desk, you'll be told that nobody will go into your room anyway, so it doesn't really matter. But then the housekeeper goes in every day even if you ask her not to. The director sits in her office all day and never actually goes to see what's going on with the rented floors. Which means anything you complain about is useless as well. $3750 for 1 month without hot water, proper cleaning of the facilities and a disgusting kitchen isn't worth it. Lord knows what these people's houses are like!
