Perfect location and spacious room
Friendly owner.
In absence of owner total absence of service and help/support at reception.
No check or cleaning of room during our stay.
Old building with thin walls. Could hear everything from neighbors.
Mattresses are old. Have to be replaced.
Breakfast: minimum service

Alfonso and his wife are super nice and very helpful! They gave us a lot of recomendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat! The location is great, you can walk everywhere within a few minutes.

This place is perfect if you enjoy a cozy feel in a beautiful old building. The walls are lined with art and the courtyard is beautiful. The host could not be more friendly or helpful. Wonderful breakfast and coffee in the cafe. The neighborhood is safe and has all you need. It was perfect for a visit with my 4 year old daughter and me. We will definitely come back Thanks Anys!!

Motorcycle friendly! Anys was hard to find so be sure to check the address number and ring the door bell. Alfonso checked us in and he was so helpful with everything. He was really willing to make sure we had a good stay and found everything. The room was very large and even had a kitchen. Bathrooms were fine. The house is 100 years old and is very rustic. The area was also nicer, quieter and plenty of great restaurants but not too far away from the city centre.

PERFECT first and last stop in Mexico. The owners are very very helpful and friendly.

ALFONSO is Excellent and can answer all of your questions, give accurate advice and goes out of his way to give excellent customer service.

GREAT BREAKFAST included with different cooked food options and tea and coffee freshly made and made again if you want more.

CHARACTERFUL ROOMS: The two different rooms we stayed in were comfortable, large, characterful and very good value for money.

LOVELY AREA: The area itself is green and clean, safe and has street food and restaurants close by. Within a 10 minute walk you can find a
HUGE park with a free entry zoo, the local Metro station and a large alcohol supplier where you can buy all of your Tequila presents for your family and friends or to keep you happy when you get back from your holiday.

I have never been to be a better hostel in my life! This place offers enormous private rooms at a reasonable price. They're super old and have a lot of character - massive chandeliers and French doors that open up onto the street. The service is also very friendly and helpful.
