Excellent service! Staff members are knowledgeable of their products and the place is clean and open. Very suitable for a nice cup of tea. There is a number of products ranging form loose leaf tea (green tea, oolong, black tea, etc) to fancy tea sets, tools, to edibles. My only con is getting there. Since the tea shop is located within a residential area, I recommend enlarging the business sign or making it more visible for upcoming drivers. In summary, I loved the concept and I see myself returning for a future purchase of loose leaf tea. Thank you Rooibos tea shop staff!

Amazing service from everyone. The drinks were delicious too. Highly recommend the lavender Matcha. Definitely coming back.
