We went yesterday and service was standard. Not great not bad. In regards to products, i ordered an orangina or something like that and it was unflavored not tasty. We also oredered a. Coconut chemisse that tasted like ice water and the ice cream scoop was so small that you really had to dig into it to find it. The other item we ordered was a that bad too, you could not taste what you asked for. Come on, if you are requesting coconut flavor, at least it should taste lile that. When it comes to t cleanliness, the restrooms were dirty At least we went to the frutal located in Lazaro Cardemas and everything tasted as it should. So, I do not recomment this location but instead drive to the lazaro cardenas location.

Their products are quite expensive for what they offer, also there's one person at the counter (a manager of sorts I guess) that talks to you all bossy, like if every person there was an annoyance to him.

Not the best taste.. i think the quality of their products goes down when the place and drivethru lane are crowded

Hit or miss, most of the times they take forever to make your order. Good selection, friendly staff
