The jacuzzi water smell very bad.when i arrived the room hace use cigarettes on the ground . But the food was good

So its my first time staying out here and it was the worst experience that i went through honestly. I stayed room 38 I didn’t had hot water and i try turning the heater on but doesn’t works at all. The receptionist help me out moving to another room to 57 and I don’t have signal at all in mexico so i try joining to wi-fi and didn’t work at all. I reach to the receptionist again and ask her is i can get help she says there is nothing else she can do. I proceed and asked if i can get a refund back she said no eventually you been here 1hr. I’m really disappointed i heard great things so i came and check it out and worst experience. I understand there is only so much they can do but come on they really don’t want there customers happy.

Large rooms, but the couches are terrible. WIFI does not work. Nice bathrooms, TV, mini fridge, decent price, and very quick convenient access. You don't have to interact with anyone. Just drive into your personal space, and put your payment through the hole.

Clean rooms. Very good interior. Very cheap, we paid 360 pesos or 19 dlls. We arrived at 11pm and we got out at 1pm the next day for the 19 bucks. Better than a regular Hotel. Don't go on Valentines Day because it will be the regular 3 hours only.
