Great 2 night hotel stay! Check in began with delightful encounter with hotel receptionist who was very kind and informative. The hotel is situated within a short distance of an Incredible amount of restaurants and local eateries. Our room was neat, organized, and clean making for a very relaxed stay. The included breakfast in the mornings exceeded our expectations finding quite a selection of foods and beverage to begin our day. The staff working the the breakfast area were extremely helpful, kind, and most professional at their tasks. Every encounter we shared with hotel staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We will not only return, but will yearn to do so in the future.

The hotel was soo nice. Checking in was easy and quick. Checked in early and got access to the pool. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Their continental breakfast is AMAZING. IT IS LEGIT. Buffet style breakfast, make your own chilaquiles and waffles. On Sunday mornings fresh homemade menudo, if you know you know. The staff there is top notch. Clean and organized. We will DEFINITELY be staying every time in Mexicali. The view from our room was phenomenal. Thank you.

Our stay was wonderful. It was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable at night. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning and loved the food options. The check-in process and the checkout process were smooth, fast and front desk staff were very pleasant. We also appreciated the Covid protocols in place, and they made us feel safe. My only criticism would be that there was a sewage smell throughout the building and in the parking. The smell made its way into the room.

This hotel surprised me!! Wonderful place indoor pool breakfast was amazingly delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends end family.

Great staff and really good amenities. The hotel is new and super clean. You get great views out of the hallway. We may not go back to Lucerna after staying here one time. OH, and the included breakfast ROCKS!!

Years later it is our home in Mexicali. The place is still in top quality condition. The only drawback is the closets are tiny with only about 15 inches of closet hanging bar. One person might get by but it's difficult for two.

we stayed here one night and had a great time. we didnt use many of the extra amenities, though we did take advantage of the parking structure. there were plenty of spaces when we parked. the entire motel was very clean and it think they handled the covid procedures well, though the complimentary breakfast buffet did get a little busy.

the surrounding area also has some nice if expensive shops all within walking distance
