The service was efficient and the food was good value for money. we had lunch here and it was not too busy so wait times were low.

The food was okay but the service was horrible. The hostess pretty much demanded that I sit where she wanted me to sit and server spoke not a word. I was Friendly and greeted her with a buenas tardes but silence. She slammed the food

down in front of me without a word. She deserved no tip but I never do that so she did get a tip in spite of not earning it. I recommend you avoid this place.

I feel that there are three major qualities of a restaurant that determine its rating: service, food quality and price. This restaurant failed in all of these. The staff was unattentive and would be lounging around rather then working, the food looked and tasted frozen and was definitely not fresh. The juices tasted like they came from concentrate. On top of it all, this place was one of our most expensive meals in Merida. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and check out an local restaraunt nearby instead.
