Well-situated, one block from Paseo Montejo. We got a basic room with a king bed (durazno), with smart TV and small fridge. All staff our extremely attentive and accommodating. They go the extra mile. The receptionist was waiting for us with the AC on. There is a cute store and I got a beautiful guayabera. They managed to recommend a car rental company. We learned the best rooms are by the pool (a bit more expensive).

All in, highly recommended. We'll be back.

Staff was incredible and amazingly accommodating. Although daily breakfast was included for an additional fee, it really isn't necessary to pay for given that hotel is surrounded by many nearby restaurants. The only caveat to my stay were the insects and critters that invaded my room at night that tried to gobble my takeout perishables that I couldn't refrigerate. Locals next door did generate some racket in the morning hours. Nonetheless, recommended.

I really like Hotel Holly! Very clean and charming, and the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool was great, and the hot water in the shower was wonderful. I will stay here every time I'm in Merida.

A wonderful place to stay. Staff were friendly and happy to offer suggestions for places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. A great "home away from home." Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Merida.

The room is clean and staff is very friendly. Enjoy the walks on Paseo De Montejo and you will know this place is in perfect location!

Quaint hotel, nice clean rooms, pool, extremely friendly staff, close to the Paseo Montejo and not too far from the American Consulate. They also served great food.

Good hotel but not very clean and the furniture is quite old.
