If the low price is your only requirement, then this hotel is fine. If you expect a hotel to be well-maintained and provide good service, look to book elsewhere.

The hotel has a lot of beauty that is being allowed to degrade which is a pity. The hotel could be a fabulous place to stay with some tender loving care and some hard work u0026 strong investment.

Though booked for 3 nights, we departed after the first night, in search for a good night's rest.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. The service was amazing. Very friendly and offered the signature coquito drink as we arrived. The room was magnificent. We were offered an upgrade to a beautifully room wit. It's own outdoor terrace. They even have an amazing rooftop bar. Thus is definitely a great place to stay if you are in the area

Great Location, right across from Hotel Boutique Mansion Lavanda which was really convenient. The room was small, but everything was amazing. They had Happy Hour at 5pm every night, where they serve wine, soft drinks, coffee and snacks (fruit, chips, cookies, etc). The filtered water bottles really saved us money from having to buy water in the city.
There's a few Starbucks and some cheap eats (99 cents pizza slice) near by.

We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot, and look for small hotels like this wherever I go. This is one of the best I've seen. The room was small but beautifully done in a rustic, comfortable way, with a completely private terrace. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, and were very patient with my broken Spanish. And their breakfast (a baked egg) was perfect.

Do not stay here! The room we were shown could not be secured. The door when locked was easily pushed open. We did not feel comfortable staying in a room that couldn't be secured. We were refunded two of the three nights when we should have received a full refund as the room was not fit for purpose. Do not stay here!

Stayed there for 2 nights. And one represent speaks English! Great location, easy for ppl who aims to get visa figure print in Merida. Only 2mins walking to ASC. And walking distance to downtown. But you can’t ask for more since the price is there.

Hotel is old but special with a great center patio. Very central, 10 min from Cathedral and stores. Totally recommend it, but do not expect modern, enjoy it for what it offers
