(Translated by Google) Horrible Experience - At the end of December 2016 I went to the Clínica del Campestre in Mérida, Yucatán with Dr. Eduardo Hernández González (Plastic Surgeon) to correct the external shape of my nose as well as the deviated septum and achieve a more aesthetic appearance.
I wanted a straight nose with a square tip (rhinoplasty and septoplasty). The doctor explained that correcting my nose would be very easy and to cause the square effect of the tip an implant would not be required since I had too much cartilage.
Trusting the doctor's word that my nose would be according to the specifications that I mentioned, I paid the forty thousand pesos ($40,000.00) for the operation and it was scheduled for early January 2017.
On the second visit after the operation, I told the doctor that I did not see any favorable changes in my nose because the tip had the same shape. Also, I told him that my nostrils alarmed me since after the operation they were completely crooked. He also had a constant rotten smell in his nose accompanied by green mucus and itching. He told me that all these symptoms were normal and that it was due to the operation, but that after a month the positive changes would be noticeable.
At the beginning of February, I went back for my before and after photos, I expressed the same disagreements to the doctor once again and then the doctor's attitude totally changed. The doctor addressed me in a very haughty and arrogant way, he told me that the tip of my nose was never going to change because he never talked to me about fixing that part of the nose and that my nostrils had been like that since before the operation (the doctor did not perform septoplasty to correct the aesthetics of my nose). These facts demonstrate his incompetence as a plastic surgeon and unprofessionalism for not keeping his word and creating false hope for his patients. At that moment I sent for his nurses and forced by him they repeated to me that they did not see my crooked nostrils, so he left the office without saying anything else.
Dr. Eduardo Hernández González never accepted his responsibility for the bad appearance that my nose left, nor for the infection that the surgery caused.
Two months after the operation I am very frustrated with the appearance of my nose. Every time I look in the mirror and look at my crooked nose, it hurts and it's something I can't get over.
I am very sorry for having believed in this false cosmetic surgeon, I have had to pay consultations and medications with another doctor to stop the infection that his negligence caused me.
If you know someone who is thinking of going to this clinic or having a rhinoplasty with Dr. Eduardo Hernández González, please tell them about my case, because I would not like someone else to go through the same situation that I am going through.

Horrible Experiencia - A finales de Diciembre del 2016 fui a la Clínica del Campestre en Mérida, Yucatán con el Dr. Eduardo Hernández González (Cirujano Plástico) para corregir la forma externa de mi nariz así como el tabique desviado y lograr apariencia más estética.
Yo quería una nariz recta con la punta cuadrada (rinoplastia y septoplastia). El doctor me explico que corregir mi nariz sería muy fácil y para causar el efecto cuadrado de la punta no se requeriría un implante ya que tenía demasiado cartílago.
Confiando en la palabra del doctor de que mi nariz quedaría de acuerdo a las especificaciones que yo le mencione pague los cuarenta mil pesos ($40,000.00) de la operación y se programó para principios de Enero del 2017.
En la segunda visita posterior a la operación le comente al doctor que no veía ningún cambio favorable en mi nariz debido a que la punta tenía la misma forma. También, le exprese que me alarmaban mis orificios nasales ya que después de la operación me quedaron completamente chuecos. Además tenía un constante olor a podrido en la nariz acompañado de mucosidad verde y picazón. Él me dijo que todos estos síntomas eran normales y que era debido a la operación pero que al mes se notarían los cambios positivos.
A principios de febrero, regrese para mis fotos del antes y el después, le exprese al doctor una vez más las mismas inconformidades y entonces la actitud del doctor cambio totalmente. El doctor se dirigió a mí de una forma muy altanera y prepotente, me dijo que la punta de mi nariz nunca iba a cambiar porque él nunca hablo conmigo de componer esa parte de la nariz y que mis orificios nasales los tenía así desde antes de la operación (el doctor no realizo la septoplastia para corregir la estética de mi nariz). Estos hechos demuestran su incompetencia como cirujano plástico y poco profesionalismo por no mantener su palabra y crear falsas esperanzas a sus pacientes. En eso momento mando llamar a sus enfermeras y obligadas por el me repetían que no veían los orificios de mi nariz chuecos, entonces él se retiró del consultorio sin decir nada más.
El Dr. Eduardo Hernández González nunca acepto su responsabilidad de la mala apariencia que le dejo a mi nariz, así como tampoco de la infección que me causo la cirugía.
Dos meses después de la operación me siento muy frustrado debido a la apariencia de mi nariz. Cada vez que me veo al espejo y miro mi nariz torcida, me duele y es algo que no logro superar.
Estoy muy arrepentido de haber creído en este falso cirujano estético, he tenido que pagar consultas y medicamentos con otro doctore para parar la infección que me causo su negligencia.
Si conoces a alguien que está pensando en acudir a esta clínica o realizarse una rinoplastia con el Dr. Eduardo Hernández González, por favor háblale de mi caso, pues no me gustaría que alguien más pasara por la misma situación que yo estoy pasando.
Estoy seguro, que así como yo, hay más gente que por pena a que se sepa que no le quedo bien su cirugía estética se quedan callados, pero si con este mensaje, yo puedo evitar que alguien más sufra todo lo que he sufrido con este “doctor” me sentiré más que recompensado.
Por favor pasa la voz y evitamos que alguien más salga estafado por este disque “cirujano”.
